VoIP uses internet to connect computer to computer, or computer to phone,without using the telephone company service. The prize is cheaper as VoIP provides us a flexible and economic system. We pay as how much we use, not how long we talk. VoIP will charge us depend on the kilobyte. When we are not talking, they will not charge us. -Packet Switching:depends on how many packets you send
